January 13 – Nancy Mahoney Treasures from the 30’s
Author, teacher and fabric designer Nancy Mahoney has enjoyed making quilts for over twenty-five years, during which time an impressive range of her beautiful quilts have been featured in many books and in over 175 national and international quilt magazines, with more books and patterns always in the works. She has also created over 100 quilt patter for a number of manufacturers. She has authored13 books. Her bestselling books include Simple Circle and Gentle Curves, Kaleidoscope Paper Piecing, Fast, Fusible Flower Quilts, Treasures from the 30’s, Appliqué’ Quilt Revival and Quilt Revival.
Nancy believes making a quilt should be fun. In her classes, her goal is for students to have a good time, learn something new, and make a quilt that they will enjoy for many years.

Registration preference is given to SVQG members, but openings may be filled by non-members. Fees for SVQG members are $45, nonmembers $55. In-house workshops * (taught by SVQG members) are $25 for members, $35 for nonmembers.
